Here is a BMW R75/6 seat I did recently with a
before photo showing original seat shape.
Along with the new shape and custom cover the seat received a gel
insert and orthopedic
memory foam to improve riding comfort.
Below are a couple of Aprilia scooter seats I did this
year.
Triumph Scrambler Custom Seat
I have always been a fan of the Scrambler styling and the
character of the bikes. A request from a customer got me to
thinking about developing a custom saddle that would capture that
classic rugged character that is uniquely Scrambler. This seat is
the result of that work. It started out with some sketches, then
finding just the right leather. I located this beautiful Bison
leather and it all came together.
Kawasaki Concours 1400 GT Solo saddle with real
Ostrich Leather seating surfaces, leather sides and top
stitching in red.
Saddle has optional seat heater for rider position.
Kawasaki Concours 1400 GT 2 Up saddle with Spacer Mesh
used on the rider's position. Spacer Mesh allows airflow for
a cooler rider in summer heat. Dusk Blue top stitching to accent
saddle.

Saddle is also +1 inch over stock seat height and 1inch to the rear.

Suzuki DL1000 V-Strom custom seat with red top
stitching, basket weave vinyl on riders seating surface and smooth vinyl
for balance of seat.
Below is a recent Suzuki V-Strom DL 1000 custom seat I made. It
has a seat height 1/2" lower than stock for the rider and plus 1" taller
for the passenger. It is covered in carbon fiber embossed vinyl on
the seating surfaces and leather grained embossed vinyl for the sides.
Top stitching is Titanium. Seat is constructed with Pro pad gel
inserts and orthopedic memory foam for both rider and passenger.
Here is a custom seat we made for a Suzuki V-Strom
DL1000
rider. He wanted something with more support than the stock seat, so we created this custom shape. Seat is covered with
black spacer mesh fabric and black leather grained embossed vinyl.
French seam stitching is Yale Blue. Seat has gel insert and
orthopedic memory foam in the riders position.

Kawasaki Versys Custom Seat

We had a Kawasaki Versys rider that liked what we had
done with some of the cafe styled Buell XBS Lightning seats.
He asked if we could apply the same styling to his Kawasaki Versys seat.
It turned out pretty cool! We used Carbon Fiber embossed vinyl
and our Vanguard smooth vinyl with Nickel stitching.

Big Dog Motorcycles Ridgeback with a custom
seat I made. The seat has 1 1/2" added to each side for an overall
3" in width. The outside edges are raised
to provide support and lift rider weight off the rider's tailbone.
Seat has orthopedic memory with a firmness matched to rider weight, and
a Pro Pad gel insert.
This is a seat from a custom Honda CB750 Cafe Racer.
We added a Pro Pad gel
insert and orthopedic memory foam. Then made the custom cover with
the
carbon fiber stripes to match up with racing stripes on the motorcycle.
We had the opportunity to make a
custom seat for a Sachs Maddass 125.
We used carbon fiber embossed vinyl
in Black, Dark Charcoal, and Red with
Cherry Red stitching.
