To handcraft our custom Buell XB12S Lightning, Buell XB9S Lightning, and
XB9SX CityX seats we take stock Buell seats
and build up the thickness with firm foam for support and suspension. Then
insert a layer of high quality memory foam in the top center for body molding
comfort. This foam composite is then hand sculpted to shape. The
final step is hand making and fitting a custom fit and sewn cover made from high
quality marine grade vinyl or top grain leather depending on what seat options you select.
