To handcraft our custom Buell XB12R Firebolt and Buell XB9R Firebolt seats we
take stock Buell seats and build up the thickness with a layer of high quality
orthopedic memory foam on the top for body molding
comfort. This foam composite is then hand sculpted to shape. The
final step is hand making and fitting a custom fit and sewn cover made from high
quality marine grade vinyl or full grain leather depending on what seat options you select.
