To handcraft our Buell XB12Ss Lightning Long Custom Seats and Buell XB12STT Lightning Custom Seats we take stock Buell seats
and build up the seat with firm foam for support and suspension. Then
insert a layer of high quality orthopedic memory foam in the top for body molding
comfort. This foam composite is then hand sculpted to shape. The
final step is hand making and fitting a custom fit and sewn cover made from high
quality marine grade vinyl or top grain leather depending on what seat options you select.
